Some tips and information i read online, and i thought some of you might find this cool =)

Hair
Myth: Trim your hair to frequently to grow them faster and denser. Whether you trim your hair or not, they grow half an inch every 4 weeks. Trimming split hair ends improves the look of your hair.

Olive Oil Hair Mask or Pack
Mix 5 tablespoon of olive oil with 2 eggs. Apply throughly to hair. Wrap head with plastic wrap or a shower cap. After 15 minutes rinse well.
( I have that in my hair right now ) HAY ! its a friday and im home all day ! =)

Health Skin Using Foods
Garlic
Rub raw garlic on the face for persistent pimples. The pimples will disappear without scars with repeated applications.
Mix 3-4 raw, skinned garlic, finely cut garlic with puffed rice, and swallow with water to clear skin infections quickly.
LOL ! Imagine the smell ! =O

Honey
Apply honey (1 tsp) mixed with water for all skin blemishes. This will turn your skin glowing.
Apply honey mixed with milk, yogurt, and ground sesame seeds in equal proportions for fair complexion and lovely skin.

Im Kind of a health freak. But i do eat junk food but i cant help regretting it right after eating it and how many calories it contains. For example when im at mcdonalds, i get a cheesburger with no fries or a soda and water instead =). I googled health freak and this is the link i clicked on =P It was funny! i found number 10 hilarious


Causes / Reasons for Cellulite
Lack of exercise reduces the blood supply promoting fluid retention in cellulite areas of the body.
A sluggish liver.
A decreased metabolic rate.
Toxin accumulation in the body.
Hormonal changes during pregnancy or/and menstruation.
Eating too much fatty foods.
